Processing Time
All orders are processed within Same day(excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates for orders under $100 are included in our flat rate shipping program. Our flat shipping program is set at $11 per order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
